Jamie's been great to work with! He has always answered any questions fast and effectively, I was on the fence about switching from the previous company I was with for 10 years but I'm glad I did.
My husband and I have been clients of JR's for almost 15 years and we have no complaints. We have had several moves, car purchases, and unfortunately a few accidents, but all have been handled expertly. Between JR and Susie, we have always felt cared for, valued, and protected. I cannot recommend JR enough if you are in the market for a skilled, compassionate agent with fantastic staff who's commitment and long term employment is also a testament to the culture of the office.
As a company that has to deal with state farm for our customers let me tell u how bad state farm is... They dont want to pay for OEM parts... they jerk you around whilst making a claim, and getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth out of an angry croc...if u value your money and your car don't use state farm they are known for not paying out of claims and they are knowing for screwing over the repair companies...

Jamie is the best and so far the most hardest working for his clients. He has kept in touch with me for last year even though he knew he would not be able to sell me insurance. But I assure when we were able to get insurance with him. He let me know months before I would even be able to switch to let me know I had better options for my home insurance.
