Absolutely horrible customer service! I went in to get a valve stem replaced and the guy BROKE my pressure sensor off and acted like it was no big deal. When I called the dealership they said that it would cost me $100 to replace and that he should not have had to break the sensor because it simply screws off. I've called JR multiple times and the lady "in charge" has been nothing but rude and refuses to do anything to make it right. She told me there's no way to "truly know what happened" and I could take her to court over ... read more
