After waiting for almost 2 hours a friend called a friend and that is where I met Joe on the side of I-10 even though he was closing he said he would stay open and help. He went over and beyond. He Definitely gained a fan and will I be returning in the future I really appreciate all their help. 🙏
worst experience i had i called for roadside assistance never answered asked for estimated time said they don’t know !! i mean worst tire shop in the baytown area don’t recommend
Joe and Shanti got me in when I had a tire emergency and fixed me up very quickly. Overall great experience! Highly recommend.
Employees feel that throwing rocks at dogs is a great way to behave. Disgusting act. I will never step foot in this place. Post on Facebook already has your company name and address. Good job.
Even after J&R tires was close we pulled up and had little money but he was worried about our safety so he took care of us. This is the place to come.
