Jake is a great guy always knows what he is talking about and has helped me out with more repair issues than I can count all of his guys are well experienced and friendly I recommend this place to everyone I know and will do so for a long time to come

Please for the love of God do NOT I repeat do NOT go here!! This place is absolutely horrible it looks like a crack house, the man working is the rudest man ever! We dropped off a lawn mover purchased at Sears that needed repair. We were told it would take 7-10 business day at the most. It's been a month and a half!! 800.00 dollars at this place I am his son and just moved back a month ago OK I won't get ugly but I am not at all impressed for one they say the wiring harness had been chewed bull it came back exactly the same harness I know because I made my living doing this for twenty yrs they degrease or anything new harness with old grass and oil the oil filter was lose losing oil the deck is now destroyed because of unbalanced blades and the improper replacement of a pully I want the old parts and an explanation my parents are on fixe... read more
This place is the biggest ripoff I've encountered. Called and got an estimate for a repair ~$250, and if it was more, they would call for approval. It was supposed to take a few days. When I called to check on the status, the guy said he hadn't even started work on it. When it was delivered, I was handed a bill for over $900! No call to make sure that that amount of work was even okay. EXCELLENT SERVICE, I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER REPAIR SHOPS, BUT JR SMALL ENGINES IS THE BEST. THEY LISTENED , AND REPAIRED THE LAWN MOWER CORRECTLY, AND EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND GREASED THE MACHINE AND SHARPENED THE BLADES AT NO EXTRA COST! I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
