I came here recently just to get air added to my tires, but something didn’t feel right. While the technician was filling them, one tire’s pressure actually DROPPED by about 5 PSI, then went up again (I was monitoring the PSI in my car). The other tires’ pressure just went up normally. Right after that, he brought over a lift and said there was a nail in the tire, BUT ONLY mentioned it after I asked what was going on. The BEST customer service!! Extremely helpful getting the tires I needed. I was unable to find it anywhere around, but they were able to get it within 40 minutes. Even though it was later in the day, they didn't tell me I had to wait until tomorrow. And they found an issue with one of my other tires I didn't even know about, JR made sure I was aware of it. No other place has ever done that for me before. I really, really appreciated the information. I will for sure be going back to them!
