This company is poorly managed. After multiple attempts of doing business I can say that a lesson has been learned to deal with a more reputable company that actually delivers on time. You get what you pay for so it makes perfect sense that the quality is terrible. Their response was "it was the distributors fault".
Total integrity business with people who are easy to do business with, who do what they say they will and are creative in matching you with just the right imprinted product. I'm a fan.
