I have never been more insulted, told he doesn’t want to work on my vehicle anymore, says that I blamed him for not getting it fixed!! Furthest from the truth! I paid for the repair got bad parts he did a good job fixing the problem?????! I now question his integrity
What a joke! Very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment. Made plans to get a ride to work. Showed up on time to be told “he’s not here” and “not happening today” There happened to be a wintry mix which I understand if you need to cancel but at least have the decency to call.
That was the best, fastest, and cheapest car inspection experience of my entire life. Wow. Thank you, JR
