Do not use this business for property management. Not only do they not communicate with the owners of the home but also will blame damages on you that are not your fault. Horrible company, don't look at the fake 5 star reviews on Google. Look at the one and two star reviews those are the honest reviews. Avoid this nightmare of a company at all cost. They stay in business by scamming and dishonest business practices.
Just a heads up folks! PLEASE SHARE Without meeting these people in person I would not put a deposit on anything they rushed me over the phone saying that there were other people and it was whoever got their documents in first was the one that was going to get the house that you cant even look at until July 22 so I went ahead and got all my paperwork in and paid the deposit on the house over the phone with a credit card. Is this not a correct statement I am making here or am I in error? I had no issues with renting a home from JR Rentals, conducted a move in inspection, noted the issues and moved in. The company didn't bother me the entire year I lived in the home, the staff were always professional and friendly if I needed anything. The moveout process is pretty standard, leave it the way you received it. I would recommend this company for your rental needs.

this company was by far the worst i've dealt with since living in texas. They are the worst with getting work orders done. I moved out the end of november and there were STILL work orders not completed that i submitted in MARCH!! i had a rat problem, they ate the dry wall in the kitchen and the garage and i had to call SEVERAL times for a work order i submitted about having pest control come out, they NEVER took the initiative to DO THEIR JOB and call a company to come out, i had to call several times every single time i put... read more
This is the worst rental company I have ever experienced. They prey on low credit and low income tenants and exploit them for every penny. Please stay away!!
