I was a repeat customer of JR. He has repaired a soffit in my rental and home , cleaned my home's gutters and installed gutter guards in the past. I've always paid him what he's asked without trying to negotiate. A couple of months ago, I hired J R to clean my gutters again and repair a soffit that was leaking.
