Giant shout out to JR Perkins, got home this afternoon and the house was warm. My AC unit would not kick on and they sent a technician out immediately. Seems there is a larger issue which they will get repaired ASAP. They have been working on our unit for years and they are wonderful. Highly recommend them, Let me know if you are in need of an AC company and I will shoot you their information
J.R. Perkins installed our new units and one of them has not been working properly since installation. They have not been interested in working with us to fix it and are not treating customers like family as advertised or promised. They aren't even interested in customer satisfaction or retention. We chose them because the owner is a Marine vet just like one of us. Lesson learned. Vet your AC company carefully before you buy new units.
If you want trust worthy people who you can count on to maintain your ac/heating units or even install new ones, look no further. Jr. Perkins is the best ac/heating co in AZ. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. And do a fantastic job. Thanks jr Perkins !
Arrived home to see water leaking out of my indoor unit. While vacuuming up the water, I noticed that the condensate pan safety switch that we paid J.R. Perkins to install had not been wired. After countless hours of cleaning and attempting to dry the wood floor underneath the air handler, we called J.R. Perkins to diagnose the unit. When the technician arrived he advised that the condensate pan overflowed due to a plugged condensate line.
