If you want to purchase or if you want to get something altered or manufactured these guys are awesome… I had something and an idea to completely modify a bracelet and it’s turned out unreal… Very reasonably priced and the staff are fantastic great customer service and very friendly… That’s why they’re so busy make it your next stop for jewellery. I had 2 rings remade but the diamond fell out less than 1year later,thankfully I found it at home. They redid it & then charged me & for the valuation that’s meant to be included on pieces they make. I asked for the 2nd ring to have a valuation while they remade it but they forgot so I had to leave it there. I missed 1ph.call from them but received no message,email or txt to say it was ready until nearly a month later they rang asking when I’d pick it up. Very happy with the service, James there sat down with me before and after working through adding two links to my chain. This is his passion it’s a lot more than a job for him. It’s exactly what I wanted and was less than quoted. Highly recommend.

Great service, nice people, repairs and ring resizing were well priced.Goods were ready on time as agreed ,and what was quoted was what was charged. ( No nasty supprises).Would recomend to people needing a quality jeweler.

Took wedding band to jewellers to get valuation for insurance. After being told will be ready in a week and following up with phone call was told we will call you when it’s ready. Don’t call us. 2 weeks later. Poor service Poor valuation. Do yourself a favour if you have gone here and get a second opinion. $1200 difference. Will never recommend this business.
