Absolutely excellent work. We had our roof done by JRMaintenance . Juan was wonderful to work with. His crew is professional, knowledgeable, kind… and they cleaned up the worksite each day. Definitely a 5 star company. Thank you for our beautiful roof!! On 6/25/2025 Juan and his paint crew removed our shutters, took them to the shop, painted them and put them back on the house. Beautiful work, perfect color, and everyone was professional and efficient. 5 star company for sure

Was promised an estimate on 4 separate occasions to finally get a date nailed down. The scheduled time came and went, no show, I called, and I was told something came up that they were coming later in the afternoon. The afternoon came, I then received a text saying it was raining and that they would not be coming out, and they would be out the following week.
