They do not seem very enthusiastic about getting the few properties they have rented.
Scheduled an apartment viewing and when I arrived on time, I was told that the agent had decided to leave early and I would have to wait a full week in order to schedule another viewing.
Those of you who've had bad experiences with JR Homes should be pleased to know that I put Jeff in his place a few years back. I'm delighted to see that's he's since been exposed to be the trash that he is. What a scumbag.
I sued JR Homes in small claims court and won. You should sue him, too. He withheld my full deposit and tried to charge me an additional $500+ on a unit we lived in for 5 years. He violated civil code 1950.5 and provided improper documentation, and the judge awarded me my deposit back plus damages. You can look up his record on the Butte County court website and see that there have been other tenants that have taken him to court, too. Both of them were awarded something in mediation.
