Definitely giving them a 1 star. Yeah they take care of their clients and what not but taking Money out of their employees checks for supplies that didn’t get used. IF YOU WORK HERE, QUIT ASAP!
Great customer service and quality caregivers. Will definitely recommended. Gran is moving out of town, but if ever she is back in town we will look up J.R. HomeCare
Had an appointment at our home with J.R. Homecare on a Friday but no one showed up or called to cancel or change the appointment. Sister called three times in five days to find out what happened. She was told by someone who finally answered that the office had an emergency. Aaannnd so you maybe left all your clients waiting. Sorry we don't trust you to take care of our 83 year old father. Doesn't seem too professional to us thank you.

We love J.R. HomeCare. We’ve had bad experiences with previously companies, but we were out completely at ease with mom and J.R. HomeCare. They are reliable and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
