Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. He was at my place in under an hour and was just as quick to identify and fix my furnace. Extra touches such as also being able to service my gas fireplace and a follow up call to ensure the furnace was running properly were much appreciated.
I was calling in to reconfirm my appmt in a couple days and the owner picked and said he could come that same day as he was in the area. My AC wasn’t working and it was getting hotter outside. He came over that same day and was able to fix it for me.
Gréât service. Wanted a new hot water tank. Easy to reach, came to home to evaluate and provided a quote within 3 days. Professional and polite. This small company works hard to get your business and to make you happy. You deal directly with the technician and he wants you to be satisfied. You also deal directly with the installer on the first visit so he can answer all your questions. Stephen (and his partner) were really terrific to deal with and have done a terrific installation. We're really happy with everything. The system is great and really saved us in those last damp weeks of the August heatwave. Thanks!
These guys are great and I am glad I stumbled upon them! I have used both their phone number and website to request service and both have been easy to use and quick to set up an appointment. Technicians have always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prices for service have been reasonable and with no unnecessary up-charges. My HVAC system works great despite its old age, thanks to their awesome maintenance services. I will continue to use the company and recommend it to others as well.
