If you want your brand new unit to stop working after a year call these guys.If you want damaged ceilings call these guys! I had to pay another company to come out and fix everything they put in even though everything they put in was brand new it was such a poor install it didnt matter. You want to waste money and your whole house gets ruined in the process call J&R.
The employees like to drive 60+ mph in schools zones, then flip people off when they go the speed limit. Trashy and rude.
These people are fantastic! Reached out on a Sunday evening and not only did someone come by within a couple of hours for a service call, but they had a couple guys out first thing Monday morning to fix the issue. Will always suggest them and will never go anywhere else!
