Muhammad was great and helped us out. I would alone give him 5 stars. But, you could tell he was a little newer to working the floor. The reason for the 3 stars is because of a delivery situation. There was another worker who was sitting by the register as we were being checked out. Little did we know the mattress we were purchasing, was memory foam and would come in a small box. So of come back to say it's now been I think roughly a two-year mark, and the couches have crapped out on the mechanics. The long couch that we bought all of the mechanics work slowly and it always has. I'm thinking they've made too long of cords and not enough power supply. My chair the electronics have crapped out. So now I got I believe what $8,000 worth of furniture that's useless. Sam was such a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping my my husband and me pick out a couch we loved. The delivery came right on time, and the delivery guys were super polite and set up the couch quickly.
