Very charming and energetic. The first day we met I told him I was a handshake kind of guy, and my word was my bond. He assured me he was too and took pride in doing the right thing. Sadly that all changed once closing took place. Promises that were made were broken and in the end I was left with the short end of the stick. I will recover and move forward. I would just caution all to cross every "T" and dot every "I" before agreeing to do business with Ryan Real Estate Group.
