I had bought my wife a solitare from a different jewelry store and was told a lie about the size of the stone in the ring. Took it back and went to JR Diamond's, got a BIGGER diamond and saved $2200 in the process! The jeweler was fantastic friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry and diamonds that he carrys. This is at the Concord Mills location, and I will ONLY deal with them on all my future purchases! Thank you my friend. Kris Solomon

Mr Murtaza the owner of JR Diamond have been in court involving an issue with a bracelet that was bought into his store for an extension . I bought the gold for him to add , and the bracelet Weighted 20 grams However once my bracelet was returned to me it Now Weights 16.8!!!!!!!!!! The owner refused to weight it Once I realized it was compromised, went to 3 reputable jewelry stores in Concord Mills who validated that the bracelet was 16.9 !!!!!!!! Really disappointed because I was referred by someone & lack of communication, lack of attention span & also lack of listening. Payed for a grill, they made it wrong because they didn’t put the details on the shipping. It’s been 20 days since I purchased still waiting god will I get my refund tomorrow with no issue

The owner Mortiza is very helpful in helping me find my select jewelry, I recommend this store to everyone who shops in this mall the prices as well are very fair. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
