I went to fix my daughter’s necklace and it was 16 inches originally then when I got it back it was 13 inches so they stole 3 inches from the chain it was pure 24 carat gold and the owner was unprofessional .so please beware from this place and the staff !!!!!
We absolutely love J.R. Diamonds! We got both our engagement ring and wedding bands from them, and they are truly a 10/10. The quality is outstanding and their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend!!

I had bought my wife a solitare from a different jewelry store and was told a lie about the size of the stone in the ring. Took it back and went to JR Diamond's, got a BIGGER diamond and saved $2200 in the process! The jeweler was fantastic friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry and diamonds that he carrys. This is at the Concord Mills location, and I will ONLY deal with them on all my future purchases! Thank you my friend. Kris Solomon
