i don’t go anywhere else for jewlery. everything teaaaa, got a great deal on my gold nugget earrings & chain & pendant. love the workers! i miss the older man who would be in there such an asset to the team! BUT the rest of the team members are great!

“They made a mistake and refused to take responsibility” I bought a 14k gold bracelet and left it at JR Diamonds to have a name engraved. When I returned to pick it up, they gave me a white gold bracelet that was not the one I purchased. I pointed out the mistake, and instead of fixing it, they refused to change it and treated me rudely and arrogantly.
