“They made a mistake and refused to take responsibility” I bought a 14k gold bracelet and left it at JR Diamonds to have a name engraved. When I returned to pick it up, they gave me a white gold bracelet that was not the one I purchased. I pointed out the mistake, and instead of fixing it, they refused to change it and treated me rudely and arrogantly. Great place to shop really good work
Best jeweler around. I’ve got a few pieces from him before. But this time I wanted a custom piece, he helped me with the design and gave me an awesome deal.Customer service is A1 and is very welcoming. I highly recommend.
