JR Customer Builders did a fantastic job on our basement, start to finish. We had permit issues, delaying the start of construction but the team managed to finish on time, even if it meant a 12 hr day for some. Glenn was responsive & easy to reach. After the project was finished, as always, there were touch-ups that needed to be made. He & his team were out within 2 days. I give JR Custom Builders my highest of recommendation. There was not a job they were not willing to do for me.
Look no further if you’re looking for a quality, trustworthy, dependable builder. We needed an in law suite added to our home, and were looking for a builder I could trust and rely on to show up when promised. Glenn and his craftsmen were always on time, answered every call and message promptly. I have more projects in the pipeline, and will certainly call Glenn when I’m ready.
This was definitely money well spent. The team was professional, courteous and on time. Glenn offered sound advice, obviously had the experience behind him. But most impressive what their work ethic. They really want their job to be top notch, perfect. I also appreciated that Glenn never made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions, and changing things. I would highly recommend.
Glenn and his team are some of the most professional talented contractors around. We had a very hard time finding someone we liked and were comfortable with before finding Glenn. They come early and stay till the job is done and they will leave your house cleaner than it was before they got there. The work they did for us was nothing but beautiful!
