Stay away from this company! They are greedy and more focused on making a quick buck than providing quality, affordable service. 1. They provided a quote to fix my gas wall heater for $1,141. That’s nearly the cost of purchasing a new heater. The contractor I ultimately chose to do the job charged $400. 2. After declining their insanely high estimate I got a bill in the mail. I was not told there was a fee for a proposal nor did I agreed to pay anything prior to their tech visiting to look at the heater. (He did not fix anyt... read more

They have more hidden fees then Verizon or Xfinity. They charged me $30.00 for fuel for their truck (I live about 5 miles away from their shop), they also charged me $10.00 for a service truck charge. They also had the nerve to charge me $30.00 for a delivery of a part to their shop. A part which they already marked up about $100.00. All this is in addition to the two service call charges of $148.00 and $135.00. Check out the reviews on Yelp. They are mostly one and two stars.
