Horrible! 3 weeks later the man still has my cluster, and likes to avoid answering my phone calls during business hours. He could not fix the cluster but demanded full payment because of the amount of time he spent not fixing it. Now he refuses to give it back. I had to purchase a new cluster, and take a loss on the original. Which is very unfortunate because I'm in the process of restoring an H2. I would not do business with this man!
