A huge thank you to JR A/C Solutions for helping me fix our unit on more than one occasion. Jimmy was super professional and gave us accurate feedback on what steps needed to be taken and I fix our AC unit. He was so kind and took the time to get to know us and give great repair service as well. I will be using his service from here on out. He goes above and beyond! Jimmy was fantastic! He came out promptly when our AC needed a float switch , and he quickly figured out the issue. He was professional, polite, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed the problem efficiently and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Jimmy and his team are awesome! My neighbor referred him to me when they noticed that my outside A/C was making a strange noise. The weekend I heard it much louder than normal, I contacted him immediately and scheduled an appointment. Jimmy was professional, responsive and informative.
