Very professional and knowledgeable .
JQ Air responded right away n came the same day and replaced my water heater, very professional and finished installing faster than I thought possible! great customer service they are the best I would highly recommend them i had called Lowe's and I am still waiting for them to call me. After waiting 4 days on another company I had called, you guys were prompt on sending someone out. At first I was a little concerned due to the technician being so young, but he was knowledgeable,professional , very polite and fixed my heater. So far, it's running smoothly.. in fact, come spring I'm calling back
