I want to take a moment to share our experience with Trinity Springs at JPS Behavioral Hospital because I truly feel like this hospital and its staff deserve more credit than they receive. I just want to thank Andrew James (pac) who saw me today he gave me hope and spoke to me with a caring tone . He listened to me without judging and pointed me in the right direction .thank you so much for treating patients like that you dnt know how it made me feel 😞 I felt like someone was listening like he actually cared . If you want a place to care about you or your family members, do not go here. Simple as that. The nurses do not care at all about anything other than themselves and will actively talk shit about patients around them.
