I feel on landed on my face. Went to urgent care and everyone was so kind and thorough. It took a while but the chairs are comfortable and they took their time to check me thorough. Dr Shupeck and team are THE BEST for facial/head trauma. Highly recommend!! (Also, security check going into ER which was appreciated!!)
This pertains to the endoscopy scheduling line ONLY They do not answer their phones Even when called NUMEROUS times In over 2 weeks I called and left voicemail over a dozen times. Even had to have my doctor email them and still nothing
6/2022: Most horrifying surgical experience of my life. Might've had a less traumatic 36 hours if I wasn't denied pain control I can tolerate. Dr. Dementor pushed ketamine at me repeatedly like I was just too stupid to understand that my Adverse psych reactions weren't HIS ISSUE. Even had the nerve to send his condescending- mansplaining via RN, since he couldn't be bothered to EVER step in my room. Not one time. After finally being able to have a surgery being cancelled multiple times during COVID restrictions, I was hopefu... read more
