BEWARE - Owner did NOT honor warranty. It's no wonder that they're not BBB accredited! The installation took a LONG time from start to completion and required months of hounding the owner. I mistakenly paid the owner in full before the work was complete. Thus, there was no incentive, other than honor and honesty, to return to complete the work.
