I called J.P.'s Plumbing & Heating Company and spoke to the office manager and she was so friendly and responsive. I emailed her photos of the problem and she called me right back. Within 2 hours 2 technicians arrived, looked at the problem, advised me they would need to get the part from the supplier and would return. The Office manager called me and said they were sent on an emergency and would be returning later than expected. They returned and replaced the part. No show for first appointment, used excuse for second appointment to rescheduled . Just regular techs needing all to be done for them, I am glad as it would most likely bit been able to fix issue since seems they dont like to get dirty.
