On 05/12/2026 I had a amazing day Ms.S.Nekole Lee the Medical Asst helped me this morning. She is always very awesome and kind to everyone!! The staff has been kind and efficient during all three visits in person. However, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, compassion, and proper HIPAA protocol displayed by Brandon Brivano. Despite my phone number being listed as the primary contact for my mother, I was repeatedly denied information regarding her care after multiple attempts.
