If I could give them -30 stars I truly would.
Gill Maher in the behavioral area IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE as a doctor, she fails to uphold her duty to help others. She refused to see my child and clearly does not care about the wellbeing of her patients or mental health. She’s only there for a paycheck. An empty waiting room and she still decided that she would rather sit in her chair than help my child. I’m reminded why I haven’t been to a JPS clinic in years.
We love and adore Dr Erica Vance she treats our babies like they are her own!!! We drive from Frisco and refuse to change providers! Thank you for being top notch for our babies!!!!
Extremely Disappointed – I Won’t Be Returning I brought my child in for a wellness check with Dr. Linda Siy, only to be turned away because he had signs of hand, foot, and mouth disease. I wasn’t even allowed to come to the back so he could be properly examined. Instead, I was told, “Come back when he’s better.” That makes no sense—why would I bring my sick child to the doctor after he’s already better? There is a tech at your pharmacy that is the rudest and most disrespectful human being. She has no customer service skills, she is dismissive, slow, and very rude. Every single time I have an encounter with her there is an issue. Not helpful at all. She is argumentive as well. I have been a JPS patient since the early 90's and I do not appreciate this woman's unprofessional and deplorable demeanor. She should not be employed here. She gives this amazing facility a bad name.
