Whoever the lady was this morning calling patients about their appointments was extremely rude. I have been having trouble having to find a primary doctor since my old one left, and I was told in a rude way that scheduling appointments with a different doctor was something I shouldn't do. How else am I supposed to get help? I have the JPS insurance and I can’t even get an appointment??
Very new and clean facility. Helpful staff as soon as you walk in the door!
The behavioral health division of this clinic leaves much to be desired. The regular office staff is wonderful. The front desk ladies work together like a well oiled machine and the nurses/MA's are great. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alphonso. She is a seasoned veteran and in all years of my own treatment with multiple providers, she was the first that really SAW and HEARD me. I understand JPS is a teaching facility.
