Simon from JPS was fantastic when he came to do a furnace inspection (he happened to be available earlier than scheduled so called ahead to see if he could come early, which worked out great for me). When he noticed the age of our furnace, he suggested an additional inspection of the heat exchanger, and while I'm always wary of being upsold, he took the time to explain how a furnace works and what is and isn't checked in a regular inspection.
