We have used JPS for a few years now and have always had excellent service. In addition to a handful of other services, once it was dead of winter with no heat, another time it was beginning of summer and no A/C. They technicians always came as soon as possible, usually the same day. They are great at explaining the problem and giving us VERY reasonably price repairs. Simon from JPS was fantastic when he came to do a furnace inspection (he happened to be available earlier than scheduled so called ahead to see if he could come early, which worked out great for me). When he noticed the age of our furnace, he suggested an additional inspection of the heat exchanger, and while I'm always wary of being upsold, he took the time to explain how a furnace works and what is and isn't checked in a regular inspection. I went for the additional inspection and was grateful he suggested it as I now have... read more
