They are very fast and efficient. We never have to wait long. The doctors take time to listen and really work with you. They have greatly helped my son. The facility is very clean. I definitely recommend

I want to emphasize that the staff are very welcoming, friendly and some what attentive! However I moved here from out of state I had to ask the person I talked for my medication to get my medical records. Overall I would say I had an okay experience here. However I felt like they lacked profession. It's a good starting place!
I'm not sure why everyone is so negative about behavioral health, it's not the same as Trinity Springs or The Behavioral Health Emergency Room on the 10th floor... My personal experience I've met with therapists, case workers, counselors etc... And it was easily one of my favorite places to go when my mental health got really bad. I usually do walk ins (7am-9am is the best time for walk ins)....now and I'm in and out withing 45 minutes...never had a bad experience here
