DO NOT GO HERE!!! KEEP ON DRIVING TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER HOSPITAL! The customer service skills here are almost non existent. Worst emergency room Experience I’ve every had. I WILL NEVER COME BACK! This was my first time at JPS. I took my daughter to the doctor they saw her and said they wanted to send her for further testing. To the women (Jessica) who’s a “nurse” or whatever at JPS Health Network and spoke to my grandma on the phone yesterday(who has been sick for 2 months with COVID and has a heart condition) and made her upset and belittled her just because she has been trying to refill a prescription for months for her migraines she suffers from daily, I hope nobody treats your parents or grandparents that way.. Ridiculous . Putting a doctors name on charts that did not see or treat my daughter . She’s being seen by student nurses and medical assistants but no actual professional .secretary lying that my daughter didn’t sign a release. Meanwhile while holding my daughter calls me and asks me what is going on. Then tells me she absolutely signed every release . It’s been well over 24 hours and this is not acceptable . Honestly with this COVID-19 pandemic the Doctors them selfs have been scared to give medical attention to patients !!! The telephone consultation are a complete JOKE and staff are no help on top of everything AVOID IF YOU CAN The service they TRY to give is trash oh and let me not forget to mention when I had my baby there a couple of months ago the messed up me epidural which cause me to lose spinal fluid, that caused me to not being able to sit up to hold my own baby for 4 days when I was discharged two days later I was ru... read more

RecommendedI know the wait times are longer, but once i was in the back every single person here was very friendly, and i could tell they all had genuine care for my well being. The doctors went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with me. when you have no insurance, that's a rare thing. Thank you John Peter Smith hospital staff.
