We found JPS Granite through a friend who also used them as their countertop source. They had a very nice selection of countertop products from which to choose, and they are willing to take whatever time you need to make sure you select the right one for your job! Our salesman, Andrew Keller, was beyond helpful and so patient! After shopping for around a finally decided to go with JPS Granite. They have a very big selection and offered some new option that other companies did not have. My salesperson Andrew did a great job helping me choose the correct countertops for my kitchen. We went with a granite countertop with a leather finish and it looks awesome installation was great and the measurement was perfect. I liked the price I was given compared to a competitor unfortunately the customer service left much to be desired. I requested a breakdown of the cost, written estimate. I was offended when I was answered in this manner, "Like I said, $250" I believe the gentleman I was dealing with could have treated me more like an adult in that situation.
