During the COVID their policy is only one parent plus the patient of course and I saw another couple go in with their child so i decided to do the same but they didn’t let me go in .. their is a lot of favoritism here at this hospital and an appointment that should have been no longer than an hour took 3 . This is ridiculous I will be changing pediatric clinics .
I have my c section in this hospital. I came here in Texas in pandemic situation from newyork. My 36 week was going on when no hospital was ready to do my delivery ( because I am from newyork in corona time) JPS did take me as their patient. I was satisfied that time also. Today when I need to do vaccination of my baby boy A staff named Cindy helped me in pediatric unit . She was kind. Help me out to get appointment fast . Solved my problem. If you are having any problems ask for cindy. She is the best !! Highly recommend!!!
