My last visit at this place was in 2019, thank God. I've recently had a need to look over my files and Dr notes from this particular office and have discovered a LOT of discrepancies. For example, I DO NOT weight 334 pounds and NEVER have. I weigh 125-130. I was never offered PT by anyone in your office. I was left to do that on my own, which I did do after I dumped this place. I'd love to know how "I lied to you" about having scoliosis when you SAW OVER 40 YEARS of films and surgery notes, and CTs and myelograms?! Wth?!... read more
