Feel like a cattle being herded here. 😔
If it’s REQUIRED that you arrive 15 min before the appointment then that needs to be the time it’s scheduled for! Telling me walking in 1:31 literal minute after it’s scheduled makes it late bc of the “15” min unscheduled expected time frame . BS Can’t keep taking off work for this .
Decent people but understaffed.
They don’t even answer the phone 45 mins before close time they act closed and on top of that the counselors are flakey , they will do two or three sessions with you and then you will never hear from them again. I guess you can’t complain when it’s “free”. No care for people!!!
The social worker, Dr. Erika P., is an excellent professional. She made me feel very comfortable at all times. She was kind and attentive throughout my visit. She explained the next steps very clearly, always with great kindness, and stayed with me until my next appointment was scheduled. I am very satisfied with my first experience at the center. I recommend them 100% without a doubt.
