I beg you not to come here if you need to see a health provider. I came for medication management. For context, I am a full time student. I came with my insurance and everything, a month later they sent my bill to collections. If it’s REQUIRED that you arrive 15 min before the appointment then that needs to be the time it’s scheduled for! Telling me walking in 1:31 literal minute after it’s scheduled makes it late bc of the “15” min unscheduled expected time frame . BS Can’t keep taking off work for this .

They don’t even answer the phone 45 mins before close time they act closed and on top of that the counselors are flakey , they will do two or three sessions with you and then you will never hear from them again. I guess you can’t complain when it’s “free”. No care for people!!!
