STRANDED 3 HRS FROM HOME JP’s team went above & beyond to take care of me in a time when I desperately needed it. One Friday evening I had an issue with my fuel pump 3 hrs from home. I got it towed to JP, hoping I wouldn’t be screwed in a town I’ve never been in. Not only did they diagnose, but stayed late until my ride could arrive later that day. God bless these wonderful people! I came in last minute,400 miles from home, to get my tires checked since i found a loose lugnut causing a rear end wobble. They squeezed me in. SAME DAY!. Checked all my tires and got them to the proper torque and I can drive my 6 hours home as planned tomorrow, loaded with a trailer. THANK YOU!!!
