Was suppose to come 12:00pm-1:00pm but arrived at 3:00pm. He texted my phone at 1:02 to confirm appt and i replied back at 1:13 “yes” so when i called him at 1:43 to see what was going on he says he took another job because I hadn't replied when I had just like 10 minutes after he texted me. I do notice a spot or two or the carpet that if he’d moved the chair he would have seen. Everything looked so nice = would like them to turn off lights they turn on - the ladies leave alot of lights on and I don't get back til late aft.
Fast and efficient service. Our home feels clean and fresh after :) thank you for the great service!
