Best rental service in Juneau. Jeannie is absolutely amazing. She is always available always willing to help with anything you need and actually cares about the tenants. I love JPR and highly recommend them to everyone

Nightmare properties, nightmare neighbors! No good guys here. Jeanne Pederson has been incompetent and does not address issues or reply to complaints. I would suggest, this be a hard pass!!
Jpr management has been amazing. No complaints with them. New to Juneau we were about to leave when we met Jeanne. She addresses every problem in a timely manner. Only complaint I have is our crazy neighbor harassing us... we have worked tirelessly with jpr management to try and defuse every complaint she has but there is always another. Really Joan get over yourself.
I have had the pleasure of working with JPR through a few challenges as they have managed two units that I oversee. I have found both Thomas and Christopher to be extremely helpful in working with the HOA as well as addressing physical needs on the property related to tenant concerns. They are very responsive via phone and text, always responding to my concerns the same day I reached out. Overall, my experience with JPR has been five-star!
