The unlimited one month subscription was what i needed for my stop in the bay - its such a great option, with lots of flexibility in scheduling (booking classes in advance, cancelling if something came up, signing up for remote class etc ) and selection of classes. The option of remote classes was highly appreciated - they really eliminate excuses not to work out. I’ve been enjoying classes/workouts at Copas Crew since they opened. I started with Barre & expanded to cycle, yoga & the combo classes. The classes are well led & everyone is positive & encouraging. It’s a great community! Oh! It’s always a good workout! Well, the restorative & Yin yoga classes are a bit more mentally demanding than physical - focus on the breath !
I’ve been a member for over a year, and I’ve truly loved every single class. Kelsey, the owner, is amazing—her energy is absolutely unmatched. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and has created such a positive, empowering environment with a team of fantastic instructors. The studio is always clean, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained, which makes every workout even more enjoyable. It’s genuinely a place I look forward to coming to.
