I had such a wonderful experience as a first time mom with my first orthopedic needs for my four-year-old.... I guess your typical anxious mom. I was really happy with how both the PA Jason and Dr Matthew Harris handled things. They took their time explaining things to me. Also I was excited to hear they have a location in PSL where Trisha at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made everything from walking in the door to the actual appointment very smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend JPLRC
Dr. Harris is knowledgeable and worth the visit. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is consistently disorganized and unhelpful. Make sure to double-confirm your appointment because you might arrive and find it was never actually put into their system, and they will not make any effort to squeeze you in, no matter how far you drove or despite the fact that the mistake was entirely on their end. Overall, the lack of effort from the office as a whole made for a really disappointing experience.

This practice is wonderful, had my daughter who is 11 smiling from ear to ear while taking her cast off. They were also very thorough with the scans. Very sweet and accommodating staff. Thanks!
