From the older reviews, it seems that the service and people were amazing. The new person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude. She literally cut me off saying "NOT POSSIBLE" (I called to understand insurance quote) even though we were only 45 seconds into the call. Actually even when I had a different question, she cut me off and I had to say "I have a different question" for her to stop cutting me of. Not sure what her deal is but definitely won't be getting my business.
