they begged us to come down there to come down for trade in on a car and said that it was a sure thing they could make the deal. then running all the way there and they screwed me over by saying we cant help u now. they acted like are truck was junk which is a 2006 f150 with 82000 miles on it, if they cant make a deal then they r selling cars way out of the price range which r ripping people off. that truck should be almost the full payment of the other veh. we choice but instead of saying we cant help u and us wasting r tim... read more
worse car place to go to as they told family on the phone they was going to do a trade and when they got there they was not very nice. wasn't able to look at the cars inside and was not able to test drive anything and then they didn't want to trade the truck and do a loan if it was going to be a little bit more money unless they are charging out the roof on prices. I would not recommend them to anyone in the area or anyone. if anyone wants to go to a car and be helped in Polk County go to multicarusa
The Team at JPl is the best I have dealt with. They are very professional and personal. They will go the extra mile to get you in to the vehicle you want. I dealt with Nelson and he worked dillagently to get me approved for my truck. I would suggest them to anyone looking to buy a car or truck. Definitely worth your time.
