Speaking from my experience with JPIRE...it was great! Very professional, flexible and they worked with me. They didn't ask anything different from me than any other company, but they gave me a chance. I would recommend them to anyone. BTW...after reading the negative post, I did research on that person as well and found that this person has posted several negative posts regarding different companies consisting of Firestone, Prizelogic, Cargo Largo, & Road Star Motors. I was trying to get a house with this company, gave them 1/2 the deposit, and something didn't get done with section 8. Now they're trying to keep the money. In my book that makes them CROOKS. Recently someone from the company contacted me on 8/9/2016 , finally saying he was trying to resolve the matter. His solution was for me to look at another unit.
