I usually don't write reviews i was out with my husband and overheard two of your employee one female Monica openly bad-mouthing and speaking negatively about another employee in a public setting. This type of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the individual as well as the company’s workplace culture and policies. I used this agency to help buy a first home and had a very pleasant experience. Both Andrew M. And Joseph D. were very helpful throughout the whole process. They were quick to communicate and explained everything that was happening. They were always patient when we asked questions and more than happy to give/elaborate on their answers. They even reassured us whenever we were nervous or stressed. It's thanks to them and their hard work that my family and I have our forever home!
Your seller backed out of contract and now a week later your agent refuses to respond to any requests to release our earnest money and transfer the solar lease agreement back to the seller so now I’m stuck receiving the bill for a property I don’t own. Your agent also didn’t properly complete the cancellation paperwork and escrow can’t even get ahold of him. Out experience with your un-professional agents is borderline illegal and legal action will be taken if my money isn’t returned promptly
