Communication was a major issue throughout, I often had to chase them down for updates and frequently received slow or no responses at all. Deadlines and commitments were repeatedly missed without any proactive explanation, which made it clear that my time wasn’t a priority for them. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if reliability and clear communication matter to you for your project.
