The RN providing my iron infusion was extremely efficient, helpful and professional. She educated me on the safe administration and purpose of my iron infusion and provided excellent bedside care during my appointment. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend Betty to anyone looking for a reliable and highly qualified IV infusion nurse! The whole process was painless, quick and I feel better even a day after my appointment.
They don't answer their phones. Not really providing a reliable customer journey.
Called multiple times, sent texts per voicemail, sent multiple emails, and never heard back regarding an iron transfusion. Very unprofessional.
Fantastic! They are always friendly, kind, watching over you and ensuring a happy and healthy experience. Having also a doctor on site as well as the nurse is an added benefit. They really care. Thank you!!!
