I did not feel supported or heard in my sessions with Janet. I often found the environment to be distracted and disconnected, which made it hard to engage meaningfully. At times, the focus of the conversation shifted away from my concerns, and I left sessions feeling more judged than helped. I would recommend to stay clear unless you want to be TOLD how to live your life with a side of judgement for free.
It’s hard to connect with therapists these days but Janet felt natural and very comfortable / professional. Thank you for helping me on my journey 💜
