I have had a very positive experience with JPAR Silverpath. Susan Boyer had gone above and beyond , many times, to help me find a home that I was comfortable purchasing. Even when I was leaving town and could t see a home I was interested in, she drove there and videoed it for me, so I could move forward on her knowledge and expertise. I in fact did purchase this property. If you ever need an honest and extremely knowledgeable real estate agent, look no further. I highly recommend this company and Susan Boyer

One of their realtors did not check the title information on a home that they were selling, house came back as being under foreclosure & that was not brought to our attention ( the buyers) until after we had gone under contract, made an earnest money deposit, & booked an inspection. Had to cancel everything & start over because the sellers shouldn’t have been trying to sell the home.

Shauna Gut is an amazing agent. We heard good things about her from friends so we went with her and were very pleased with her services. She was always diligent in getting things done and gave great advice on decisions we had to make throughout the process. She’s so sweet and nice, but she’ll also fight to get what’s in your best interest. Go with your gut and go with Gut!!!
